Cynthia Bella Permatasari

CYNTHIA BELLA PERMATASARI (BELLA) graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pancasila, majoring in Economic Law, and obtained her master’s degree in Notarial Law from Universitas Indonesia. During her university years, she was actively involved in various student organizations, including the Debate Organization, Student Senate, Pancasila Exchange Program, Ikatan Mahasiswa Magister Kenotariatan UI, and many others. She also actively participated in competitions, achieving 2nd place in the National Debate Competition at Pelita Harapan University. Additionally, she joined student exchange programs and became an International Conference Speaker at the University of Songkla, as well as the Head of Delegates and International Conference Speaker at the University of Malaya.

Prior to joining the firm, she gained legal experience at a prominent law firm, handling general corporate and litigation matters. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has been an integral part of the dispute resolution team, advising and representing domestic clients in commercial disputes before both Indonesian and international courts. She has been involved in various bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligation cases, the recognition of Indonesian insolvency judgments in foreign jurisdictions, IPOs, and general corporate matters. She possesses extensive knowledge in these areas.

Professional Affiliations: Member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI); and Member of Extraordinary Member of Indonesian Notary Association (INI).
